Expression Against Oppression Mural
Community Public ArtI had a chance to work with Salomeé, a local and important visual artist for Portland’s BLM movement. She created Expression Against Oppression as a way to give voices to local BIPOC artists around town. I was fortunate to work with her and she gave me my first opportunity for a painted commisioned mural located at Urbanite. This was an opportunity to express joy and movement though color and space.
